Conversations for Couples & Families

from $135.00

It’s not always easy to talk with people we love. Whether you’re coming as a couple, a parent and adult child, or a full family constellation, you don’t need to have it figured out, only to be willing to show up for each other.

Navigating a transition, healing from a rupture, or trying to stay connected are hard precisely because we care. Reaching across different stories, values, and assumptions about family, identity, and tradition with integrity and care is the defining act of any real relationship.

Jewish tradition offers centuries of tools for working through conflict with honesty, humility, and respect — especially when we don’t agree.

These conversations are not therapy. I’m a rabbi, not a therapist, and my role is to help you feel seen, not instructed. I’ll help you meet each other with respect, honesty, and presence. We’ll draw on Jewish wisdom when it helps, but this isn’t about answers.

I offer grounded, nonjudgmental support shaped by decades of spiritual leadership, deep listening, and thirty years of marriage.

Sessions are 50 minutes and can be booked individually or in a three-session series.

Sliding scale available upon request.
All identities, family structures, and interfaith backgrounds welcome.
Appointments available in person (Buffalo, NY) or via Zoom.
If you’re unsure where to begin, feel free to reach out—I’ll meet you where you are.
